There are nine steps to follow.

Each step is broken into two stages:

First, read the Preparation page, showing where to place your hand. After reading the Preparation page, click "Next".

Second, sit quietly for a while -- whatever feels right -- while placing your hand as shown. You can close your eyes or leave them open.

A photograph of Shri Mataji is part of the process, since most people find her photograph helps them to achieve a state of inner silence.

Then, click "next" in the lower right corner to go to the next step.

 

Accept three propositions before you start.


1. I am entitled to enjoy a state of balance, joy and peace.

2. I might have made mistakes in the past, but at this moment I will let the past be the past. I am not guilty.

3. I might have held grudges or been hurt in the past, but at this moment I will let it all go. I forgive everyone.
